Defined by soaring timber gables and expansive glass facades, the design invites natural light to dance through the interiors while offering a rhythmic, architectural presence on the street. It is more than a shopping destination; it is a curated threshold where the energy of the town meets the lush Costa Rican canopy.
Casa max
This residential project in Grecia explores the intersection of modern geometry and tropical climate responsive design. By prioritizing natural cross ventilation and strategic solar orientation, the house maintains a cool, light filled atmosphere year round without the need for mechanical systems. Structural timber and local stone accents provide a tactile warmth, while the open concept layout allows for a seamless flow between the social areas and the surrounding gardens.

Perched high above the Pacific, this residence is designed as a transparent pavilion that dissolves the boundaries between architecture and atmosphere. A massive, cantilevered concrete roof provides deep shade and protection, allowing the glass walls beneath to disappear entirely. By utilizing a raw palette of exposed concrete, warm timber, and local stone, the home feels like a natural extension of the mountain. a quiet, sophisticated platform for observing the changing light of the ocean.
